For as long as Counter Strike has existed, the AK-47 has been king.
But, of course, as we all know, only the T-side has access to this holy grail of weapons.
In CS:GO, the CTs can choose betsween two, slightly weaker, premium rifle options: the M4A4 and the M4A1-S.
And for as long as the game has been out, players have debated as to which of the two is superior.
But save early on, the M4A4 has been widely regarded as the better option for almost the entirety of Global Offensive’s lifespan.
That is, until Operation Riptide changed everything.
